This is my beautiful tiny princess, Bangsiri. We found each other at a private shelter in Daejeon in February 2008 and stayed together until she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in October 2016. Most of the photos on this site (all the ones of Bangsiri in her cute little red harness and pink tutu) are from Zayda Barros, who held a fundraiser in Seoul in 2014 to help homeless furbabies.
Bangsiri spent three years at the Daejeon shelter before I brought her home, originally with the intention of finding her a better home. Though the shelter closed in December 2008, Bangsiri’s rescuer opened a new shelter in another part of Daejeon and has saved many more furbabies since that time.
